Sales Contract:

1) Purchaser must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within thre (3) business days of arrival.

2) Seller must be informed immediately of the initial veterinarian examintaion (as stated in clause1.) results by email. Failure to do so will render this guarantee null and void.

3)  If the initial examination (as stated in clause 1.) indicates that at the time of sale, the puppy was unfit for purchase due to illness, disease, or congenital disorder, purchaser must return the puppy to T&J Bulldogs for exchange or equivalent value. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

4) Seller guarantees the puppy against fatal viruses for seventy-two (72) hours after arrival. These include distemper, Parvo, and Corona Virus.  Not included are Coccidia, Giardia, and Kennel Cough,  the later of which is common cold, must run its course. Full recovery is expected, and kennel cough alone it not life-threatening.

5) The puppy is guaranteed until one (1) year of age against fatal and life-altering congenital and genetic diseases that adversely affect the health of the animal. Such ailments include Severe Hip Dysplasia (which hampers the dogs movement and natural gait, and requires surgery to correct), and kidney, heart, pancreas, spine, and liver problems of a severe and life-threatening or life-altering nature. Certain disorders result from environmental factors, including skin allergies, thyroid dysfunction, Demodetic mange, and other autoimmune disorders, are not covered by this guarantee.
If the dog dies during the time frame of this guarantee, purchaseragrees to have a nucropsy preformed to ascertain the cause of death. If the cause of death is determined by a veterinarian to be congenital, seller will replace the puppy. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

6) Seller must be notified of any health issues covered by this guarantee within two (2) business days following a licensed veterinarian's determination. Purchaser shall provide two (2) seperate diagnoses from two (2) different vererians stating the same conclusion. If the problem is covered by this guarantee. Seller shall provide a replacement puppy of equal value. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please scan and email your puppies results to tina@tjbulldogs.net

7) This guarantee does not cover health occurrences in the English Bulldog, French Bulldog that we consider Normal. Such occurrences include  Cherry Eye, Entropion, "loose" hips, Luxating Patellas or skin allergies.

8)Seller shall not be held responsible for veteinarian fees or costs. Purchaser is aware that owning a puppy requires trips to the veterinarian and understands that he/she will be responsible for ALL payments.

9)  There is no guarantee or warranty that the purchaser will be able to show or breed the puppy, regardless of the show or breeding potential or lineage.

10) Purchaser will keep the puppy current on all vet care, including shots, D-worming, and heart worm tests and medication. Seller advises that it is a good idea to keep the new puppy seperate from other dogs in the family until a veterinarian has given him/her a clean bill of health.

11) In the event of any litigation in connection with this guarantee, purchaser shall be responsible for legal fees incurred by seller.
This contract is valid only for original purchaser and puppy, and is not transferable.
Registeration papers for all registered puppies will be sent with the puppy. If the papers are lost, the purchaser is responsible for obtaining new papers. We will assist by prividing copies, if available.

12) The list price of the puppy includes full AKC registration, 1 year health guarantee, health certificate, carrier, and up-to-date puppy vaccinations and worming.

13)  There is a $500. deposit to hold a puppy for you. (All deposits are non-refundable.)

Deposit can be made online through PayPal. We can email you with a link to pay.

Or a bank wire transfer can also be used for a safe transaction.

14) Then the remaining balance must be made 1 week prior to the shipping date of the puppy. (Can also be made online, or Bank wire transfer.)

15)  Shipping is available for an additional fee of $275.

Transportation of the puppy is arranged through third-party carriers. Usually PetAir. T&J Bulldogs can not be liable directly for any delays that may cause the buyer any inconvenience.

I, the purchaser acknowledges that he or she has read, understands and agrees to the terms of this document. No cash or credit card refunds.

T&J BULLDOGS

Guarantee:
Seller guarantees puppy will be free of life-threatening genetic conditions, immunized and de-wormed accordingly. Buyer is advised to have puppy examined by a competent veterinarian within 72 hours from the time of delivery. If the veterinarian does not find the dog to be in good health as outlined in this guarantee and states so in writing, Buyer must notify the Seller immediately. Seller reserves the right to have the dog re-examined by our veterinarian at our cost. If any such life-threatening condition is found and proven in writing from a licensed veterinarian and substantiated by lab tests and/or x-rays, and confirmed by Sellers veterinarian, puppy may be returned to Seller for credit on another puppy. Buyer is responsible for vet bills incurred prior to return, and transportation costs to return. Minor, breed related, treatable or correctable conditions, or any condition that may go away or is considered to be a condition which a puppy will likely outgrow, are not covered.

Although a concerted effort is made by Seller to breed sound healthy puppies, Buyer should understand that due to the nature of the breed, Bulldogs are predisposed to certain medical anomalies, and that a normal Bulldog may have one or more of these conditions during its lifetime. The Buyer is urged to research the breed and be familiar with all the health issues that could affect their Bulldog before entering into this or any agreement to purchase a Bulldog.
Disorders that are not covered by this guarantee.
These are considered normal in Bulldog breeds. Buyer understands that the following slight genetic problems are not considered serious or life threatening. There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors for example ...cherry eye, skin allergies, entropion, “loose hips” elongated soft palate, small trachea, thyroid dysfunction, démodé tic mange, and other autoimmune  disorders.
All vet charges incurred by the purchaser are sole responsiblity of the purchaser and under No circumstances be paid by the breeder.
